Terms of Use

  1. What Wellmanac is. A record-keeping tool for your family's medicines and illnesses.
  2. Not medical advice. Wellmanac doesn't diagnose, recommend doses or replace a doctor. Always follow your doctor and the medicine's leaflet. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
  3. Your responsibility. You're responsible for what you enter and for checking it's right, including doses and expiry dates. Alerts and emails may fail or arrive late. Don't rely on them alone.
  4. Your family. Only invite people you trust. Everyone in a family can see and change everything in it.
  5. Beta. Wellmanac is in testing. Features may change, break or be removed. Download your data regularly. If we shut Wellmanac down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can take your data.
  6. Fair use. Don't misuse Wellmanac, try to access other families' data, or upload anything unlawful.
  7. No warranty. Wellmanac is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from its use.
  8. Ending. You can leave at any time (Settings → Remove me). We may close accounts that break these terms.
