Privacy Policy

• Your email address and name.
• What your family adds: people, medicines, illnesses, temperatures, doses, notes, and photos of prescriptions and reports.
• Your settings.

Nothing else: no location, contacts or device tracking.

Only to run Wellmanac for your family: to show your records, send your sign-in codes and alert emails, and keep the service working and secure.

We use trusted providers to host the app, store data and send emails. They use it only to provide those services to us.

In Wellmanac, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the people you invite, and our providers to run the service, can access it. Emails we send you, such as alerts and sign-in codes, are protected by your email provider once they arrive.

• Download all data in Settings: a spreadsheet plus every photo.
• Remove me in Settings deletes your login. What you recorded stays with your family. If you're the last person, the family and everything in it are deleted.
• Delete a person on the Family tab deletes all of their records and photos.
• To have anything else corrected or deleted, email support@wellmanac.com.

Until you or your family delete it. Deleted data is removed straight away. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

Accounts are for people over the age of majority where they live. Parents and guardians may record their children's health.

Only the one that keeps you signed in.

If your data is ever exposed, we'll tell you without delay.

If we change this policy, we'll ask you to accept the new version the next time you open Wellmanac.

When you joined, you ticked two boxes. That was your written consent to:

• our Terms and this Privacy Policy;
• us storing and processing the information you add, including health information about you and the people you look after, and sharing it only with the people you invite to your family.

Your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence. Wherever it is, it's protected the same way.

You confirmed that you're over the age of majority where you live, that you're the parent or guardian of any child you add, and that you have permission from any adult you add. We keep a record of when you consented and which version you agreed to.

You can take it back at any time:

• Remove me in Settings ends your access and deletes your login.
• Delete a person on the Family tab deletes their records.
• Email us to have anything else deleted.
